We continue to summarize each month's most popular Twitch streamers. The top 10 most popular channels are ranked based on regularly updated data as of December 2024.
According to this month's statistics, popular American streamer Ninja, as well as Spanish streamers ibai and auronplay, are among the top five most followed channels on Twitch.
Ninja (Richard Tyler Blevins) is a prominent American online streamer, YouTuber, and professional gamer. He won multiple awards in 2018 and 2019, including the Streamy Award for Gaming and Live Streamer and Content Creator of the Year at The Game Awards. As of December 2024, he has over 19 million followers on Twitch, making it the most-followed channel.
Second place is Spanish ibai (Ibai Llanos Garatea). He is a Spanish top-streamer and esports commentator. On Twitch, Ibai consistently ranks among the most popular streamers. In July 2023 he shattered the world record for the highest number of simultaneous viewers on Twitch, attracting an audience of 3.44 million spectators worldwide.
Moved up to third place is also Spanish YouTuber, Twitch streamer, and comedian auronplay (Raul Alvarez Genes). Alvarez has published several autobiographical books. GQ Spain has described him as “the precursor to the vlogger world in Spain” and “a successful YouTuber in Spain in 2020”.
In fourth and fifth place in our top ten are Norwegian-Spanish Twitch streamer & YouTuber Rubius (Ruben Doblas Gundersen) and famous American online streamer/YouTube/influencer KaiCenat (Kai Carlo Cenat III).
