1. Super Mario Odyssey
The game was released almost six years ago to acclaim with praise for its concepts' improvement, and originality. Super Mario Odyssey won awards and has sold huge copies. The story includes Mario and his hat Cappy that helps to control other characters/objects while traveling across kingdoms to save Princess Peach from his enemy Bowser.
2. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
It is a 2017 action-adventure game that won several Game of the Year awards. Although some gamers criticized its technical points, many appreciated the open-ended gameplay, design, and crafted details. The action takes place at the end of the Zelda timeline. The player controls an amnesiac Link who wants to save Princess Zelda and stop evil Calamity Ganon from destroying the world.
3. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
It is a 2023 action-adventure sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Critics praised the new game for features encouraging exploration, an expanded open world, and some improvements. The player controls the character Link who searches for Princess Zelda and fights with Demon King Ganondorf at the end of the game.
4. Hades
Is a 2020 roguelike ARPG. Its gameplay, art, and OST received world acclaim. Hades was named Game of the Year by several award ceremonies. Players control the son of Hades, Zagreus, who tries to escape from the Underworld and reach Mount Olympus. Each run challenges the player through random rooms full of enemies and rewards.
5. Metroid Prime Remastered
Metroid Prime Remastered was highly appreciated. A high-definition 2023 remaster features visual updates, new control schemes, and superb exploration. This cool remaster brings back a gaming classic and makes it highly playable by current standards. The game looks good on modern hardware, and it plays very smoothly.
