Twitch streamers become more popular every year, and their channels gain millions of views. These numbers are constantly growing, so knowing which channels have attracted the largest audience is interesting.
Many websites do this kind of research at the end of each year. We’re basing our ranking on the Twitch stats analysis by SullyGnome.com.
Now check out our post on the most popular Twitch streamers. The ranking of the top 10 channels is based on the total number of hours watched by Twitch users in March 2024.
Judging by the statistics for March, the top five Twitch streamers included Brazilian Gaules, Americans KaiCenat and Jynxzi (Nicholas Stewart).
Gaules is a famous Brazilian Counter-Strike streamer, YouTuber, philanthropist, and ex-pro player. ESPN called Gaules “the biggest Brazilian Twitch phenomenon in 2018”. In 2020, he was the world's most-watched streamer on Twitch for three consecutive months. In July 2021 Gaules channel became the most subscribed channel on Twitch in Brazil. Now he has 4.1M followers on Twitch.
Kai Cenat (Kai Carlo Cenat III) is an American streamer and YouTuber. He is currently the second most-subscribed Twitch streamer and the 12th most followed Twitch streamer with approximately 9.6M followers. He was “Streamer of the Year” at the 2023 and 2024 Streamer Awards.
The 3rd spot goes to Jynxzi, with 4.23M hours watched. In 2023 he overtook Kai Cenat‘s record by attracting more than 100,000 active Twitch subscribers. But before Jynxzi emerged as the most famous Rainbow Six Siege player on the internet, he languished for years in almost total obscurity.
Next in our top five most-watched Twitch channels is PGL (Romanian independent eSports organization) and a tarik (Turkish-American content creator and ex-pro).
