As The Game Awards 2023 draws near, gaming fans are likely engaging in speculation about which game will clinch the esteemed "Game of the Year" title. The official announcement of the nominees for TGA 2023 has heightened anticipation, leaving many curious about which of the six contenders, will emerge as the winner. Also rumored at the Game Awards ceremony are expected game announcements such as new content, trailers, etc.
The tenth edition of The Game Awards ceremony will be broadcast live from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on December 7. But, until December 6, fans have the opportunity to participate in selecting the winners across all categories by voting online at thegameawards.com or the official The Game Awards Discord server.
It's worth noting that two highly anticipated sequels of the year, RPG Baldur’s Gate 3 and the survival-horror game Alan Wake 2, lead the nominations with eight each, including a nomination for "Game of the Year". The remaining four contenders for the "Game of the Year" title are also part of well-established franchises: Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Spider-Man 2, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and Resident Evil 4.
